摘要: 本研究以縱斷面的角度,探討台灣歷年海外派遣管理相關的博碩士論文。次級資料之研究期間,從民國七十八年最早出現的論文至民國九十一年截止,共長達14 年,合計44篇文獻。本研究針對台灣歷年之派外管理研究,整理出研究者最常使用之三個自變項構面及二個應變項構面,作描述性及解釋性的分析,分析結果有助於後續研究者進行系統性思考,尋找研究切入點,豐富此領域之台灣研究。本文亦提出增加高階主管派外活動,結合派外與國際化策略等8 項建議,提供未來研究者與企業人士之參考。
This research adopted a longitudinal view to examine past expatriate management studies conducted by Taiwanese researchers over 14 years, from 1989 to 2002. A thorough search from the 1989 pioneer paper onward has generated total 44 Master Theses and Doctor Dissertations in related field. Through descriptive and explanatory analyses of these 44 pieces of work, we unveiled three most frequently researched independent variable dimensions and two dependent variable dimensions. Results of this study provided a comprehensive understanding of relevant local research over the years, which may shed some light for future researchers to enrich this field of study. Eight suggestions including higher frequency of top managers` expatriate activities, and the integration between expatriation and international business strategy were also proposed.
