dc.description.abstract本文以人力資本需求的 產業特性研究種族 和個人背景 對創業的影響。分析上利用 The Current Population Survey(CPS)個人層級的資料 ,以 Multino-mial Logistic Regression進行回歸分析。實證結果顯示 美國亞裔平均而言相較 於非裔、拉丁和白人 創業 的機率更高,並且證實了工作經驗價值和工作任務抽象程度對於創業啟發的重要性。zh_TW
