The terms DRB (a platform originating in the USA\nthat provides a non-binding recommendation) and\nDAB (a platform applied by FIDIC and World Bank\nprovides a decision with interim-binding force)\nsometimes are generically called Dispute Board (DB).\nDAB and DRB are currently known being operated\nin numerous countries. According to the data of the\nDispute Resolution Board Foundation, there are at\nleast 2800 projects employing DAB/DRB mechanisms\nover 54 countries in 30 years from 1987 to 2017. In\nTaiwan, Construction Dispute Review Board (DRB)\nRules of the Chinese Arbitration Association (CAA\nConstruction DRB Rules) were in force as of 25 March\n2009, and Construction Dispute Adjudication Board\n(DAB) Rules of the Chinese Arbitration Association\n(CAA Construction DAB Rules) were in force as of 1\nDecember 2016 | 關聯: | CAA Newsletter, No.19, pp.3-4 | 資料類型: | article |
