題名: 國小班級中小團體動力輔導之實驗硏究

摘要: 本研究之主要目的在探討現實情況(大班級及認知教學)限制下,改善國小學生人格及班級氣氛之有效心理策略,屬單組前後測的準實驗設計。自變項有二,一是依心理屬性來對全班分類并混合不同類型學生為小組的動力座位安排方式,二是對全班實施的八次團體活動。\n 實驗對象為桃竹苗區的33位國小導師及其所任教之班級(學生數為 1434 人)。方式為第一學期時先對實驗執行者(國小導師)進行八週的團輔理論課;并於第二學期開始,每週先行演練一項活動設計後,再回到個人任教班級,重新實施一次。所用之測量包括幼兒人格測驗,小學人格測驗及學習環境量表(LEI)中七項分量表。\n 結果經T考驗及ANCOVA考驗後,顯示(1)人格分數之增進,達顯著水準(P < . 001)。(2)班班氣氛部份,7個分量表之差異均達顯著水準(凝聚、摩擦,偏愛,漠不關心,結黨,民主,滿意度)。此外,(3) 教師性別對凝聚、摩擦、偏愛、民主及滿意度有顯著影響;教師領導類型以高倡導高關懷,低倡導高關懷較有利於學生人格及班級氣氛。最後(4)學生之年級對人格及班級氣氛均有顯著影響。其中尤以一年級的學生與其它各年級學生在各種變項上之相差最為明顯。\n 建議部份有三:(1)教室之座位安排,依心理動力因素分組、以擴充人際學習之機會(2)國小師資養成課程中,宜包括有效領導類型及班級團輔能力之訓練(3)國小一年級學生,最須要各項心理團體輔導,有關方案之設計實屬必須。
