摘要: 以往用地面測量儀器,無法執行全面性的校地現況測量,尤其是建物相鄰密集處。如今無人機可以由空中拍攝不同方向之高解析度影像執行高精度現況測量供學校了解校地使用現況,甚至製作高精度之三維(3D)景觀資料供校園之規劃與管理之用。欲以無人機影像執行高精度之現況測量,甚至做高精度之三維(3D)景觀資料需要無人機上酬載高解像力之相機執行航拍,因此本計畫租用中像幅量測型的Phase One相機,運用無人機酬載此相機執行航空攝影測量,進而進行政大段四小段校地現況測量,使學校更清楚了解校地使用狀況,並使用航測軟體製作政大段四小段及部分校地所在範圍之真正射影像供後續使用。 In the past, using ground-surveying instrument can’t perform a comprehensive survey of the campus especially in the area which is full of high-density buildings. Nowadays, a UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) can carry the cameras to shoot high-resolution images from different directions on the sky to perform a high-accuracy survey. Besides, it can produce a high-accuracy 3D landscape model for the planning and the management of the school. To perform a high-accuracy survey with UAV photogrammetry and produce a high-accuracy 3D landscape data, it needs a UAV that carries a camera that is of high resolving power to perform aerial photogrammetry. Therefore, this plan rents a medium format metric camera, Phase One, to be carried on a UAV to perform aerial photogrammetry and perform a details survey of the campus on the fourth subsection of Zhengda section to let the campus manager clearly understand the land use and the land cover of the campus. Finally, this plan used photogrammetry software to produce a true orthoimage of the fourth subsection of Zhengda section for subsequent use.
