| dc.description.abstract | 近年來台灣在政治民主化，經濟自由化和金融國際化的理念下，中華民國國力的增長和國際地位的不平衡，造成台灣人民要求重返參與或加入聯合國的呼生逐漸高漲。惟中共指稱「唯有主權國家才能成為聯合國會員國，台灣是中國的一個省，台灣無權重返或加入聯合國。」儘管如此，拉美有好國家仍然無畏中共的壓力，連年在聯合國為台灣仗義直言的結果，已引起中共當局的嚴重關切，拉丁美洲遂成為後冷戰時期海峽兩岸政權不能忽視的戰略地帶。 | - |
