全球治理：主體與權力的解析

Abstract

本文從「主體」與「權力」兩個面向對「全球治理」作學術性的探討。全文分為四個部分。第一部分討論「全球治理」的概念，以及所屬主體的演變。有別於一般將主體與權力視為一體的論述，本文第二部分從主體與權力兩個不同面向對「全球治理」中最重要的主體－國家作分析。第三部分用政治學與社會學中三種對權力觀點的論述來討論「全球治理」中各主體間的權力互動的大小。第四部分則是對「全球治理」未來的走向提出個人的看法。

This article discusses `global governance` from the aspects of `subject` and `power.` The article includes four parts. The first discusses the concept of `global governance` and the evolution of subjects. The second part analyzes the role of the state, the most important subject of global governance, from the aspects of `subject` and `power.` The third illustrates the weight of power of different subjects in global governance from three different views in political and social sciences. The last part presents the author`s view on the future of global governance.
