中國大陸地區製造產業結構的決定因素

Abstract

本研就的主要目的，分析自改革開放比來，中國製造產也結構的變動。並且，進一步探究影響地區產業結構的主要因素。利用中國官方統計資料發現，自一九八一年起，中國製造業產業結構有朝向資本財產發展的趨勢，此與已開發國家經濟發展的經濟相符。但是，中國在一九九三-一九九九年期間對資本財產業的發展，呈現先抑制後鼓勵的其形。這使得中國製造業的產業結構在此一短期間的表現，背離了已開發國家的發展的經濟。此外，本文利用中國各地區別的混合資料，分析一九九三、一九九四、以及一九九七至一九九九年期間影響地區製造業產業結構的主要因素。實證研究發現，就整體地區而言，外資、企業規模、以及資本勞動比例為主要因素。出口對地區產業結構的變化並無影響，此與許松根的結論鄉似。此外，研究結果也顯示，中國近年來地區間的產業發展，有依據各地區的資源稟賦與比較利益原則來進行產業分工的情形。最後，各地區的特質〈包括各地區的產業發展政策〉對其他地區產業結構朝資本財產發展，也有相當顯著的影響。

This paper investigates the change in China`s industrial structure and its determinants. Generally speaking, the development of China`s industrial structure has been geared to the capital-goods industry since 1981. This tendency of development is consistent with the experience of developed countries. However, this conclusion does not hold during the sub-period of 1993～1999 provided by the Statistical Yearbook of China to estimate the fixed-effects model, the primary finding is that foreign direct investment, average production scale of enterprises, and the capital labor ratio are the main determinants of regional industrial structure, in addition, exports do not play an important role in the development of China`s industrial structure. We also found that the path of industrial development for each region is based upon each region`s resource endowment following the principle of comparative advantage.
