摘要: 本研究旨在探討成年早期子女的孝道價值觀、孝道焦慮與心理健康之間的關係,並且進一步探究孝道焦慮是否影響孝道價值觀與心理健康的關係。調查台灣地區25歲至39歲的成年早期子女且雙親至少其中一方仍健在者。回收558份有效問卷,包含男性143人、女性415人,平均年齡31歲。採用的研究工具有當代孝道價值觀量表、孝道焦慮量表與華人健康問卷。使用獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數檢定、皮爾森積差相關及階層迴歸分析之統計方法進行資料分析,主要分析結果如下:\n一、孝道價值觀各構念、孝道情感焦慮於不同婚姻狀態及性別\n有顯著差異。\n二、孝道價值觀各構念、孝道情感焦慮於不同年齡組及教育程度\n有顯著差異。\n三、身為長子/長女的整體孝道價值觀高於其他出生序之子女。\n四、父母不同健康現況及經濟資源於孝道價值觀各構念、孝道能力焦慮\n有顯著差異。\n五、與父母不同相處次數於孝道價值觀各構念、孝道焦慮各構念\n有顯著差異。\n六、孝道價值觀各構念與孝道能力焦慮存在顯著負相關,與孝道情感焦慮存在顯著正相關;孝道價值觀各構念與心理健康存在顯著負相關;與孝道焦慮各構念存在顯著正相關。\n七、孝道情感焦慮對關注尊敬孝道與心理健康之間的關係具有調節效果,高知覺孝道情感焦慮者,更認同關注尊敬孝道,有助於降低心理健康風險。\n八、孝道能力焦慮對關注尊敬孝道與心理健康之間的關係具有中介效果,成年早期子女愈認同對父母的情緒性照顧,愈感受到孝道能力焦慮的影響,增加心理健康的風險。最後,依據本研究結果提出建議,提供政府有關單位規劃服務方案、相關助人工作領域之實務及未來研究參考。
The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between filial piety values, filial piety anxiety and mental health of early adult children, and to further explore whether filial piety anxiety affects the relationship between filial piety values and mental health. This study recruited early adult children aged 25 to 39 in Taiwan with at least one of their parents being still alive. There were 558 valid questionnaires collected, including 143 male and 415 female, with average age of 31. The research tools used are Contemporary Filial Piety Value Scale, Filial Piety Anxiety Scale and Chinese Health Questionnaire(CHQ-12). The data analysis was analyzed utilizing t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis.\n\nThe main findings of this study are:\n1. The filial piety values, filial piety emotional anxiety in different marital status of\ngender have significant differences.\n2. The values of filial piety, filial piety emotional anxiety in different age groups and\neducational levels significant have differences.\n3. As the eldest son/daughter of the overall filial piety values higher than other birth\norder children.\n4. The current status of parents ` health, parents ` economic resources in the values of\nfilial piety, filial piety ability anxiety is significant different.\n5. The number of times with parents different from the values of filial piety, filial\npiety anxiety of the various stereotypes show that there are differences.\n6. There was a significant negative correlation between the concept of filial piety and\nthe anxiety of filial piety, and there was a significant positive correlation between the emotional anxiety of filial piety, and there was a significant negative correlation between the concept of filial piety and mental health, and there was a significant positive correlation with the thought of filial piety anxiety.\n7. The filial piety emotional anxiety has a moderating effect on the relationship\nbetween attention to compassionate reverence filial piety and mental health . High perception of filial piety emotional anxiety, along with high level of compassionate reverence filial piety, helps to reduce mental health risks.\n8. The filial Piety ability anxiety has a mediating effect on the relationship between\ncompassionate reverence filial piety and mental health, indicating that early adult children identify with the emotional care of their parents, the more they feel the influence of filial piety ability anxiety, and increase the risk of mental health.\nFinally, according to the findings, some suggestions are made to provide the planning Service plan of the relevant government units, the practical and future research reference of the related support person`s work area.
