分散式圖書館線上館際合作系統(DILCS)開發之研究

Abstract

本研究擬以分散式架構建立一個館際合作作業流程自動化系統，以加速館際合作申請案件的處理效率。現行館際合作中最常使用到的系統有兩個，一是成功大學館際合作系統；一是Ariel文件影像傳遞系統。但這其中成功大學的館際合作系統只是一個內部管理系統，它對於館際合作的處理上並無直接的處理效益；而Ariel文件影像傳遞系統又只能算是一個傳遞工具，它可以加快館際合作的處理時效，但卻無法讓我們以這些申請案件做記錄及管理。 因此本研究擬開發之系統，特別結合兩者之優點，並對缺點加以改進。本系統除必要的確認問題需要館員檢視確認外，其餘動作皆以單一鍵控制，並以Mail及Web直接聯結資料庫的技術加以處理，可避免館員及申請須重複填寫資料之麻煩。資料庫連結方面，我們以Mail方式和合作館做連結，由於不需直接對資料庫做連結，因此可以達到非同步的資料間傳遞作業。此外，系統中也以內建的Scanner控制及Mail夾檔方式達成電子全文的即時掃描傳送，使迫切需求申請時效的申請人也能滿足其需求。

This study creates a distributed system to automate the process of the inter-library cooperation and it speedups the interlibrary loan applications. DILCS (Distributed Inter-Library Cooperation System) combines the functions of Ariel document delivery and National Cheng-Kung University`s interlibrary local management system. Web-based applications, mail delivery, scan document and related management requirements are integrated into DILCS. VB, ASP, SQL Server, Windows API (Mapi and Image scan) are the tools for the system development.
