中文檔案描述規則之擬定-基於國際檔案描述標準(ISAD(G))

Abstract

檔案描述是檔案管理的基礎，英、美、加等國都已制訂各國的檔案描述規則。國際檔案學會(ICA)於2000年制訂國際檔案描述標準第二版，供各國參考。我國目前尚未有檔案描述規則，本文嘗試以國際檔案學會所制訂的國際檔案描述標準為基礎，擬訂中文檔案描述規則。

The archival description rules are the foundation of the archival management. Several countries have set up different archival description rules, such as: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, etc. The International Council on Archives (ICA) has published the 2nd edition of ISAD(G) in 2000. This paper tries to establish a Chinese version of archival description rules based on ISAD(G).
