各國專利公報比較之研究

Abstract

在知識經濟的時代，企業愈來愈重視所謂的智慧資產。對企業而言，有價值的知識或智慧資產，必須在市場上具有獨創性與獨佔性，且必須受到法律的保障，而專利公報便是能夠揭示智慧資產的內容，並宣告企業所有權的重要文件之一。專利公報之價值不只在於其所揭示之專利資訊，更重要的是藉由組織、整理與分析專利資訊，以掌握、評估並預測技術及產業發展。本文的主要目的即在瞭解美國、世界智慧財產組織、歐洲、英國、德國、日本、大陸等國專利公報之異同，並藉由掌握世界各國之專利公報內容，進一步與我國之情況進行比較，並建議我國專利公報可增加之內容項目。

This paper discusses how countries and organizations differ in their Patent Gazette, the important official document that discloses the content of intellectual properties and provides information to evaluate and forecast the technology and industry development. The content analysis of the Patent Gazette is conducted to provide suggestions for what to include in Patent Gazette of Taiwan.
