再現的再現：九零年代台灣A片「常識」的分析與反思

Abstract

A片到底有什麼問題？本文觀察近年來電視媒體、雜誌書刊經常出現的A片話題與相關符碼，認為或許可將A片／色情問題的思考置放於被人們視為理所當然的「常識」之中。透過A片在常識中的再現，即「再現的再現」，本文解析自1970年代以來已在台灣形成的A片常識論述：包括A片在我們生活世界中的文化再製、社會規範與人格的社會化等三面向上所具有的「象徵再生產」功能。經由反思這三個面向的A片常識，本文認為台灣A片色情文化，不僅逐漸成為近三十年來男性的「成年禮」與「集體記憶」、亦在其中顯示了主控的男性情慾支配文化如何在常識論述中發揮其正當化作用，形成台灣社會中的成年遊戲規則與性別不平等的主體認同。最後，本文認為A片／色情問題的思考方向應在於：進一步探討情慾政治、對大眾傳播媒體作為色情文化的「再生產」機制也要有所反思。

What`s the problem with adult movies? This article suggests that we should view our \"commonsense\" of adult movies as a problem of pornography. Examining the discourses of adult movies in recent mass media, the author finds that the commonsense have reproduced the male-dominated sexuality in the three aspects: the transmission of valid knowledge, stabilization of social order and socialization of personality. Over the past 30 years, adult movies have gradually become the \"ritual of passage\" and the \"collective memory\" of most men in Taiwan. All that ranges from \"adult\" TV programs, print media, to regulations over pornography reproduce and legitimize the male-domination in sexual relationship. On the inquiry into the commonsense of adult movies and pornography, the author concludes that, we should turn to the content, relationship and subjectivity of sexuality, and also realize the mass media as the mechanism of reproducing male-dominated culture.
