All the parents are having at least one child age is between 0~4, working for at least 7.5 hours per day and more than 3 days a week. The research instruments are including work-family conflict scale, parental efficacy scale and mini makers big- five scoring sheet. The data analyzing methods including Description Statistics, Pearson Correlation, and Hierarchical Analysis.\nSo, below is the study result:\n1. Work-family conflict is negatively related to Parental- efficacy.\n2. Agreeableness will moderate the relationship between Work-family conflict and Parental- efficacy.\n3. Extraversion, Emotional stability, Conscientiousness and Openness to experience will not have any moderated effect between Work-family conflict and Parental- efficacy.\n4.
