摘要: 本研究旨在探究女性輔導教師於學生輔導中受個案性騷擾之經驗,以及其對性騷擾事件當下之感受與因應、事後處遇與考量評估、與後續的個人反思覺察之脈絡。本研究採用質性研究訪談五位女性輔導教師,並以女性主義視角關注女性教師獨特的主體經驗,及其與父權結構中他人之互動關係。本研究之目的,希冀透過看見女性輔導教師之經驗與其考量脈絡,進一步理解其性別意識與輔導專業兩面向之視野對其經驗之影響,並作分析與討論。\n本研究發現分述如下:\n一、 女性輔導教師受個案性騷擾經驗,性騷擾類型包含性挑逗與性別騷擾兩種,在輔導情境下思考、權衡後選擇隱忍自身不舒服感受而不點破性騷擾事件,並在事後的處遇中,由自己調整與個案的談話方式以避免個案再度性騷擾。\n二、 女性輔導教師對性騷擾事件之考量,分別從輔導專業中的評估與父權體制下的性別覺察兩面向來評估,前者包含個案對輔導的需求、教師身份的束縛;後者考量女性身份的位置、對性本質的害怕與父權概念於學校系統中的展現。\n三、 女性輔導教師對性騷擾的反思與覺察,從輔導角度考慮個案是「非故意」性騷擾,為維護輔導關係選擇以「防守」姿態面對性騷擾,並認為需提供未成年個案指導的方向以達成輔導成效;以自身性別意識看待性騷擾,在能感受到性別權力的運作下,希冀與個案共同討論性/性別之觀念,並協助個案理解教師擁有拒絕加入話題的權利。\n最後,本研究根據上述研究發現對實務工作與未來研究提出建議,以供相關輔導實務工作者與後續研究者之參考。
