陳佩琪臉書粉絲專頁與粉絲留言的互動關係初探

Abstract

臉書（Facebook）在台灣的使用率高居不下，自臉書粉絲專頁（Fanpage）創設後，即成為另一種互動溝通的管道。本研究嘗試以2014年臺北市長選舉過程中，候選人柯文哲的配偶陳佩琪創辦的粉絲專頁為研究對象，探討陳佩琪使用臉書與粉絲互動的內容，並首次提出以鉅量資料分析（Big-Data Analysis）取徑的方式， 解析粉絲留言與粉絲專頁經營者發文之間的關係，並提出粉絲留言與粉絲專頁發文的「離題（off-topic）」概念，為一初探性研究。

The utilization rate of Facebook stays a high porption of all social-media websites in Taiwan these years. With the advent of the Facebook fanpage , it cultivates another channel to covey informations and becomes a new platform to connect with others . The thesis is the exploratory research that tries to take Chen Pei-Chi ,the spouse of independent Taipei mayoral candidate Ko Wen-che, as the main research object with Big-Data Analysis as study method to analysis the contents in her fan page about how this fanpage owner interact with her fans and the relationship between them. After all the date collected, the study found that the relationship among the posts on fan page and the comments of fans is related to the concept of off topic.
