日期: | 2021 | 上傳時間: | 1-Jul-2021 | 摘要: | 本研究旨在了解大學生依附類型、人際關係與生活適應的現況，不同背景變項大學生在依附類型、人際關係與生活適應力上的差異，以及此三個變項間之關係，並進一步探討大學生依附類型、人際關係對於生活適應力的預測力。\n本研究採用問卷調查法，以台灣地區共566名大學生為樣本。採用人際依附風格量表、人際關係量表以及生活適應力量表進行測量，並以獨立樣本t檢定、單因子多變量變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、多元迴歸等統計方法進行資料分析，研究結果如下：\n一、大學生之依附類型傾向焦慮型；整體人際關係偏正向之表現；生活適應力為中等程度。\n二、不同性別之大學生在依附類型、整體人際關係以及生活適應力未具有顯著差異；不同年級大學生在忽略逃避依附型上具有顯著差異，在安全依附型、焦慮依附型、害怕逃避依附型、整體人際關係、整體生活適應力上未具有顯著差異。\n三、大學生依附類型與人際關係呈現顯著相關；大學生依附類型與生活適應力具有顯著相關；大學生人際關係與生活適應力也具有顯著相關。\n四、大學生依附類型對於生活適應力具有預測力；大學生人際關係對於生活適應力具有預測力；大學生依附類型與人際關係對於生活適應具有預測力。\n最後，根據研究結果與發現加以討論，提出若干建議供輔導與諮商專業人員、學校行政單位、大學生以及未來研究之參考。 The purpose of this research is to understand the current status of attachment types, interpersonal relationships and life adaptation of college students, the differences in attachment types, interpersonal relationships and life adaptability of college students with different background variables, and the relationship among college students’ attachment types, interpersonal relationships and life adaptability. This study also further explores the predictive power among college students` attachment type, interpersonal relationship and life adaptability.\nThis study adopts a questionnaire survey method, with a total of 566 college students in Taiwan as a sample. It uses the Interpersonal Attachment Style Scale, Interpersonal Relationship Scale, and Life Adaptability Scale for measurement, and utilizes independent sample t-test, single factor multivariate analysis of variance, Pearson product difference correlation, multiple regression and other statistical methods for data analysis and research. The results are as follows:\n1.The attachment type of college students tends to be preoccupied attachment; the overall interpersonal relationship is positive; the adaptability to life is moderate.\n2.College students of different genders have no significant differences in attach-ment types, overall interpersonal relationships, and life adaptability. College students of different years have differences in the type of dismissing avoidant attachment. However, there are no significant differences in the types of secure attachment, preoccupied attachment, fearful-avoidant attachment, and overall interpersonal relationshipsand overall life adaptability.\n3.The types of attachment of college students are significantly related to interpersonal relationships; the types of attachment of college students are significantly related to life adaptability, the interpersonal relationships of college students are significantly related to life adaptability.\n4.The type of attachment of college students has predictive power for life adaptability; the interpersonal relationship of college students has predictive power for life adaptability; the attachment type and interpersonal relationship of college students have predictive power for life adaptability.\nFinally, based on the research results and findings, this study puts forward a number of suggestions for guidance and counseling professionals, school administration units, college students, and future research. |
