dc.description.abstract | IC設計公司的研發人力可用於利用既有技術設計(Design)出規格較成熟的產品創造營收,或是研發(Research and Develop)新技術以對應未來的需求。因此本文探討IC設計公司的研發人力配置,利用一個簡化的研發人力對應營收的模型,以新技術需求的比例以及研發能力當作主要的變數,計算出最適的研發人力配置。\n 由模型推導的結果可得到影響營收最主要的因素還是在研發人員的技術能力。在對應不同的技術難度的情況下,本文提出兩種策略,一種是投入固定比例人力研發,一種是當新技術需求的比例高過某個臨界值後再一次投入充足的人力研發。最後我們再將此模型延伸至兩家廠商的賽局以擴大其適用的範圍。 | zh_TW |
