摘要:   本研究旨在建構國民中學智慧校園指標及權重體系,首先,本研究採用模糊德懷術,邀集對智慧校園議題具備專業知識或實務工作經驗之專家學者共14人為研究對象,完成指標建構。其次,採用層級分析法,以建立各項指標之權重。基於研究與分析結果,獲致以下結論:\n一、本研究所建構之「國民中學智慧校園指標」共包含六項層面與32項指標。\n二、本研究所建構之「國民中學智慧校園指標」六大層面依其重要性排序,分別為:「智慧學習」(47.5%)、「智慧行政」(25.9%)、「智慧管理」(11.6%)、「智慧生活」(5.6%)、「智慧保健」(5.5%)以及「智慧綠能」(4.0%)。\n三、依權重排序:(一)在「智慧學習」層面下指標,以「建立便捷、穩定的數位學習平台」(35.6%)最為重要;(二)在「智慧行政」層面下指標,以「建置完善的校務管理系統」(46.7%)最為重要;(三)在「智慧綠能」層面下指標,以「建置校園的能源管理及監控平台」(47.1%)最為重要;(四)在「智慧保健」層面下指標,以「提供防護性與個別化的健康資訊服務」(29.2%)最為重要;(五)在「智慧管理」層面下指標,以「建置智慧化的出入安全管理系統(包含:人員及車輛)」(47.9%)最為重要;(六)在「智慧生活」層面下指標,以「提供智慧化的生活服務(如:智慧圖書館、校園智慧卡等)」(51.0%)最為重要。\n  依據本研究之結果,提供教育主管機關、國民中學校長與學校行政人員,以及後續研究者參考及建議。
This study aims to construct the indicators and weight system of intelligent campus in junior high schools. First, the Fuzzy Delphi Method was applied in this study with the sample size of 14 experts to construct the content of the indicators. As research objects, 14 expert samples including experts and scholars with professional knowledge or practical work experiences on intelligent campuses were invited. Secondly, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was employed to establish the weight of each indicators. Based on the results and analysis of this study, the conclusions are presented as below:\n1. The indicators of intelligent campus for junior high schools constructed by this study are comprised of 6 main dimensions and a total of 32 indicators.\n2. The 6 dimensions of intelligent campus for junior high schools by this study are listed in order of the importance: “iLearning” (47.5%), “iGovernment” (25.9%), “iManagement” (11.6%), “iLiving” (5.6%), “iHealth” (5.5%) and “iGreen” (4.0%).\n3. According to the weight of each dimension: (1) “Establishing a convenient and stable digital learning platform” (35.6%) is the most important indicator in the “iLearning” dimension. (2) “Building a complete school management system” (46.7%) is the most important indicator in the “iGovernment” dimension. (3) “Building a campus energy management and monitoring platform” (47.1%) is the most important indicator in the “iGreen” dimension. (4) “Providing protective and individualized health information services” (29.2%) is the most important indicator in the “iHealth” dimension. (5) “Building an intelligent access security management system (both for people and vehicles)” (47.9%) is the most important indicator in the “iManagement” dimension. (6) “Providing intelligent living services (such as intelligent libraries, smart cards of campus, etc.)” (51.0%) is the most important indicator in the “iLiving” dimension.\nBased on the results of this study, specific suggestions are provided for administrative institutions of education, principals and administrators of junior high schools, and the follow-up researchers.
