Title: ACT Raising Safe Kids 親職教育方案應用於多元需求家庭之經驗探究

Abstract: 本研究旨在探討ACT Raising Safe Kids親職教育方案在台灣之應用性,並與家扶中心合作共同籌辦ACT親職教育團體,共邀請三位參與完團體的家長進行半結構式深度訪談,瞭解家長們參與完親職團體的經驗與感受如何,並藉由家長們的回饋與建議以瞭解ACT方案所提供的課程內容能否呼應參與家長們的多元親職需求,以作為日後方案推展與調適之參考架構。訪談大綱由研究者設計,所得資料以主題分析法進行分析。研究結果發現:
一、多元需求家庭所存在教養困境,包含(一)特殊兒童的教養議題確實為家庭帶來困境;(二)共親職關係的失調影響家庭功能的下降。
二、ACT親職教育方案課程重要性與存在之必要性,包含(一)ACT親職教育方案傳遞家長的身教示範即為教養孩子的楷模;(二)ACT親職教育方案傳達了大人小孩一起的共同「行動」力量。
三、ACT親職教育方案在本土化的歷程中可進行調適之方向,包含(一)整合課程講義、投影片與口述內容之用字遣詞;(二)加入親職壓力與自我照顧的內容;(三)加入伴侶關係成長內容;(四)精緻化場地配置與動線規劃;(五)建立團體工作者之合作默契;(六)資源引薦與連結。
最後依據研究結果進行討論,並提出研究和實務上的建議以供參考。
This purpose of this study was to explore the applicability of the ACT Raising Safe Kids parenting program in Taiwan, and to cooperate with Taiwan Fund for Children and Families (TFCF) to jointly organize an ACT Raising Safe Kids parenting program. Three parents who participated in the group were invited to conduct semi-structured in-depth interview to understand parents’experiences and feelings after participating in the ACT Raising Safe Kids parenting program.The study also obtained parents’ feedback and suggestions to understand whether the curriculum content provided by the ACT Raising Safe Kids parenting program can respond to the diverse parental needs of the participating parents, and to provide a frame of reference for future program promotion and adaptation. The interview outline is designed by the researcher, and the information obtained is analyzed by thematic analysis. The results of the study found that:

1.The parenting difficulties in families with multiple needs include (1) the parenting issues of special children do bring difficulties to the family; (2) the reduction of co-parenting behavior affects the decline of family functions.
2.The importance and necessity of the curriculum of the ACT Raising Safe Kids parenting program include (1) The ACT Raising Safe Kids parenting program conveys parents’ demonstrations as a model for raising children; (2) the ACT Raising Safe Kids parenting program conveys adults and children together The common "action" power.
3.The direction that the ACT Raising Safe Kids parenting program can be adjusted in the process of localization, including (1) integrating the course handouts, slides, and oral content; (2) adding parental pressure and self-care content; (3) Incorporate the content of partner relationship growth; (4) Refined venue configuration and route planning; (5) Establish a cooperative understanding of group workers; (6) Resource recommendation and linking.

Finally, according to the results of the study, and put forward research and practical recommendations for future research and practical implications were provided for reference.
