However, Taiwanese companies have suffered from market saturation and intense competition within the electronics industry for the past several years. In addition, Taiwanese companies are exploiting a new business opportunity by enhancing core competencies to alleviate the impact of the targeted market downturn.\r\n\r\nWith stricter emission regulation, the ban on the sale of the internal combustion engine vehicle has fostered the development of the electric vehicle. The electrification trend is transforming the landscape of the automotive industry; the electric vehicle market is up for grabs for existing suppliers and potential suppliers.
