| dc.description.abstract | 中國在20世紀末推行改革開放後，逐漸成為世界最大工廠以及全球最具潛力的市場，同時伴隨其綜合國力快速成長，歐美等西方國家在這波中國成長浪潮中享受大量經貿紅利，而澳洲作為少數身處亞太地區的西方文明國家，也在這股西學東漸的趨勢中獲得大量對中國的經貿利益，中國同時也藉由經貿與移民等誘因，與澳洲發展出良好關係。隨著21世紀中國在全球的影響力急遽提升，以及中國近年透過「一帶一路」戰略在太平洋不斷地擴張，澳洲開始注意到中國在南太平洋影響力的崛起並感受到安全壓力，而美中兩大強權也因權力的日趨接近逐漸走向競爭格局，使亞太地區成為美中角力的最前線。\n近年美國陸續推動重返亞洲政策與印太戰略因應中國崛起，使得美中在亞太地區的競逐開始走上檯面，而澳洲與許多中小國家一般，面臨到夾於強權間的兩難，而必須選擇適當戰略回應此般嚴峻國際環境，即如何在「抗衡」、「扈從」與「避險」戰略間取得平衡以維繫國家生存與發展。澳洲雖然係美國在太平洋的傳統盟邦，但對於中國而言，澳洲的戰略走向代表對美國在南太平洋競逐成敗的關鍵因素，因此澳中兩國關係在中國崛起後美中競逐漸趨激化的國際環境下值得觀察。 | zh_TW |
