日期: | 2021 | 上傳時間: | 2-Sep-2021 | 摘要: | 自2020年5月5日起，中國與印度雙方軍隊在中印邊界西段的喀什米爾、阿克賽欽，以及東段的乃堆拉山口爆發肢體衝突後，二國邊境爭端就不斷升溫；同年6月15日，雙方在拉達克的加勒萬河谷爆發肉搏戰，二國皆有士兵死亡，衝突升溫到最高點，雙方衝突過程並沒有使用現代武器攻擊，而是以傳統方式為之；兩國近年來在這些邊境爭議地區有大量的基礎設施工程，兩國所爭為何？\n本文就習近平時期執政時期所發生兩次與印度邊境衝突之案例分析，探討中印邊境領土之間的權力競逐，嘗試提出國家現代化之下，中、印之間邊境領土優勢是否轉換，以及當邊境領土作為兩國權力競逐的主戰場時，研究雙方面臨此一挑戰時所採取的策略，期能豐富中印領土問題之相關研究。 | 參考文獻: | 中文部份\n專書\nJames Steinberg，歐漢龍，中美新型戰略關係。臺北：如果，2015年。\nRobert D.
