中國學界研究美國智庫文獻述評：以外交關係協會為主要對象

Abstract

中國學界對美國智庫的關注自1980年代零星開始，及至2005年以後加速發展，再到如今藉國家提倡智庫建設等政策之便，未來更有成為顯學之跡象。本文首先全面回顧中國學界對美國智庫以及美國智庫所做中國研究的研究歷程，另又在這一脈絡框架下，以對美國外交政策頂級智庫外交關係協會的相關研究為聚焦，也提及這方面對中國學界影響甚鉅的美方研究成果。經過這一由廣到深的文獻回顧，本文完整呈現了中國學界研究美國智庫的歷史和現狀，進而發現，中國學界對美國智庫的研究整體上受美國學界影響很大，原創性研究成果至今規模還相對有限，對於美國智庫及其中國研究的具體樣貌亦尚有進一步探索的空間。

Since the 1980s, the subject of ＂American Think-Tanks＂ has drawn increasing attention from Chinese scholars who have gradually made an impressive research agenda, especially since 2005. We provide a comprehensive literature review of the studies on American think tanks in China and suggest those aspects that are of the most interest to Chinese scholars. With a focus on the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), we further introduce the major American publications on think tanks and examine how they have influenced Chinese research on CFR and other related topics. We argue that original and systematic works on American think tanks are yet to emerge in China.
