摘要: 本研究以品味與七福-圓滿人生為中介變項,探討高齡者參與宗教活動與憂鬱情緒之關係。採用問卷調查,共計有534位60歲的高齡者,使用品味 ; 高齡者七福-圓滿人生量表及臺灣憂鬱情緒量表。資料蒐集後,採用描述統計 ; 皮爾森積差相關分析 ; 結構方程模式分析。研究結果:一 ; 品味評估由品味信念與品味特質所組成的二階六因素量表,兩者為高相關 ; 二 ; 品味與七福-圓滿人生在參與宗教活動與憂鬱情緒扮演遠程中介角色 ; 三 ; 高齡者參與宗教活動對憂鬱情緒為低度正相關 ; 四 ; 高齡者每週 ; 每天參與宗教活動,對練習靜坐 ; 冥想,高於未曾參與者。基於上述發現,針對教育實踐與未來研究,提出了一些建議作為參考。
The purposes of the current study were to explore the savoring and seven blessingflourishing as a mediation among the relationship participate in religious activities, and depression in older adults. Data in study were collected from a sample of 534 older adults’ age more than 60 years. The major instruments for this study include “Savoring Assessment Scale”, “Seven Blessing-Flourishing Life Scale”, and “Taiwan Depression Emotional Scale”. Data were collected and analyzed by description statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, structural equation modeling. The results showed that: (1) According to the confirmatory factor analysis, the results supported that savoring assessment was composed of two latent six-factor model, named as “beliefs about savoring”, and “trait of savoring”. (2) Savoring and Seven blessing- Flourishing plays a partially serial mediating role in the prediction from Participate in religious activities to depression for older adults. (3) Participate in religious activities has a low degree of positive correlation with depression for older adults. (4) In terms of “participate in religious activities”, every week and every day, with practice meditate and meditation than those who have never participated for older adults.
