Abstract: 本篇研究採用自我民族誌的方式來撰寫,探討作者在特戰部隊服務的11年軍旅生涯。從家庭養成教育的人格特質,到軍校生活的領導模式培育,到進入特戰部隊服務後,透由經歷的人、事、物,來探討屬於特戰部隊「忠義驃悍」此種特殊組織文化,衍生出的問題意識。
文中藉由自我敘說的手法,以房屋建築的概念式來塑造整體故事架構,並透過同心圓式的自我剖析,從家庭、軍校與特戰部隊三個面向,將環境與文化的關聯做出詮釋,逐步由外向內的聚焦在三個研究問題:(一)特殊組織文化如何影響、改變組織成員。(二)以自身經驗觀察特殊組織文化認同的異同。(三)忠義驃悍的精神就真的忠義驃悍的實質嗎?企圖探討出「忠義驃悍」在每個人的認知差異,及在這樣的異同之下,「忠義驃悍」的本質是如何地被理解及接受。期望透過本篇研究,可以讓更多人認識特戰部隊,及身處其中領導角色的心路歷程
This research is written by the analysis of Autoethnography for exploring my 11- years military career in R.O.C. Army Special Forces. From the personality traits of my family education, the cultivation of the leadership model in Army academy cadet life, to service in the special forces, through the experience of people, event, and substance, I tried to explore the problematic of the special organizational culture of the special forces, “Loyalty and Fierceness ".

Through the way of self-narrative, I shaped the whole story picture by the concept of housing construction, and used self-analysis of concentric circles to make an interpretation with the relationship between environment and culture from three aspects: my family, academy cadet life and special forces.
I also focused on the three research questions from the outside in gradually : (1) How do the members be affected and changed by a special organizational culture? (2) Based on my own experiences, to observe the similarities and differences of the identity of the special organizational culture. (3) Are the spirit of Loyalty and Fierceness the essence of Loyalty and Fierceness? I was trying to investigate the cognitive difference on the Warrior Ethos: Loyalty and Fierceness of everyone in the special forces, and how the essence of "Loyalty and Fierceness" has been understood and accepted under such similarities and differences. Through this research, I hope that there are more people will be able to know the special forces and understand my sprit experience within the leadership roles as well.
