dc.description.abstract	張君勱以《中華民國憲法》的起草人與當代新儒家代表聞名。然而在世界的社會主義運動中，張君勱亦為中國民主社會主義之標竿人物。張氏之社會主義之特色，在於與「民主憲政」相結合。由於此一「結合」，使其思想與行動一方面不同於中共之社會主義，一方面亦有異於自由主義者。本研究即試圖釐清：1.張氏對中共乃至共產國際之批判；2.張氏思想與自由主義之區異；3. 張氏思想主張之特色，尤其與西歐民主社會主義思想傳統之關聯。	-
