| dc.description.abstract | 責任區制是國民當在歷年選舉中主要的輔選作為之一。本文以參與觀察研究法，探索一位 \r\n 候選人在此種制度中的競選活動。先就責任區制的架構，包括黨的及候選人的部份，作扼 \r\n 要介紹。其次是活動內容及活動效果發生之因素之分析。 \r\n 本文之研究主要在指明，責任區制輔選作為之依據，在於掌握社會中的人際關係網。利用 \r\n 此人際關係網散佈選舉的資訊，影響收受人的態度，進而達到輔選的目的。 | - |
