dc.description.abstract地緣政治對國家關係的影響是一個難以迴避的客觀現實，作為兩個相鄰的大國，中印關係不可避免要受到地緣政治因素的影響，也就是說，兩國在考慮對彼此的政策時，很大程度地受到地緣戰略的影響。對中國來說，由於經濟和軍事實力的不斷提升，其屬於世界格局中的一強早已是不爭的事實；然而對於印度來說，由於1962年邊界戰爭的失利，使其長期在客觀形勢上受到中國的壓迫，使得印度在追求「名副其實的大國地位」上始終無法有突破性的進展，更使印度人在心理上產生了一種根深蒂固的「中國威脅論」，嚴重影響中印兩國之間信任關係的建立。\r\n\r\n 911事件發生之前，美國總統小布希為了抑制中國日益崛起的綜合國力，而在國際事務上大力鼓吹美印聯盟的構想，再加上印度在經濟發展方面的表現亮眼，因而使得印度的國際地位有明顯的提升之勢。911事件爆發之後，全球性的反恐戰爭強化了美印合作的合法性與正當性，儘管反恐戰爭初期美印關係一度因為巴基斯坦問題而降溫，但基本上兩國的關係還是持續朝著緊密的方向前進。從地緣戰略的角度來看，美日與美印的聯盟關係，逐漸對中國形成東西夾擊的態勢。過去印度被中國閉鎖在南亞大陸的地緣劣勢，目前反而轉變成箝制中國的最佳地理位置。當印度不再是中國可以蓄意忽略的角色之後，中印關係逐漸產生變化。\r\n\r\n關鍵詞：911事件、反恐戰爭、中印關係、地緣戰略zh_TW
