dc.description.abstract本論文以研究科索沃事件所引發之國際人道干涉適法性變革為中心,從主權概念如何隨著人權規範之變更而轉變等,以及以冷戰與後冷戰時期所發生之人道干預案例來檢視此理論之發展。論述範圍著重在聯合國體制下主權、人權與武力使用之國際法規範,來探討人道干涉理論之演進;並結合冷戰與後冷戰時期所發生之干涉事件來檢視其國家實踐(state practice)狀況。zh_TW
