摘要: 為瞭解教師管教方式的代間傳遞情形以及探討相關影響因素,乃以國中教師1290人為研究對象,再採用教師管教方式及滿意度量表、父母管教方式及滿意度量表、教師管教信念量表及教師自陳管教方式量表等研究工具,獲取所需資料,再以描述統計、皮爾森積差相關、t考驗、結構方程模式、多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。結果發現:\n(一) 目前國中教師知覺上一代施予的管教方式方面,有傾向「要求」較低、「反應」較高的情形,教師對上一代施予之管教方式的滿意度,亦有傾向高滿意度的情形。\n(二) 教師管教信念有傾向人本主義取向的情形。\n(三) 當前國中教師所採用的管教方式方面,有傾向「要求」較低、「反應」較高的情形。\n(四) 不同性別國中教師採用管教方式與其知覺上一代(包括父親、母親以及重要教師)施予之管教方式有顯著差異\n(五) 教師所採用的管教方式與過去受到的管教經驗有顯著的相關存在。\n(六) 上一代(包括父親、母親、重要教師)施予之管教方式、教師的管教信念、對上一代管教方式的滿意度及教師的性別等變項,皆能有效預測教師會採用的管教方式。\n(七) 教師管教方式的代間傳遞模式有良好的適配度。\n(八) 不同性別的教師管教方式代間傳遞模式並不相等。\n\n本研究根據上述研究結果加以討論,並提出數點建議,以供後續相關實務工作及研究的參考。
