dc.description.abstract香港，在1997年七月一日之前一直接受著英國的資本主義式殖民，與大多數的東亞國家不同，在經濟上延續與英國相同的資本主義，一直採行自由放任主義。自由放任的經濟政策，與香港其他的法律制度環境，也都配合其自由經濟的模式塑造，發展出世界最自由經濟體系之一。回歸中國後，雖然在政治上中國已做出承諾且有效的控制使得政治上沒有引起政治風波，然而香港的政治體制已經變質且影響到香港行政特區政府的危機處理能力，而香港的政治經濟都受到外力的牽引，使昔日特有的自主、靈活特徵淡去。回歸後所面對的不僅僅是政治體系上的轉變，接踵而來的亞洲融風暴以及新興都市如深圳、上海的挑戰，都考驗著香港能否延續其金融中心的地位，但香港卻能夠在1997亞洲金融危機後重新站穩亞洲金融中心的地位。\r\n金融體制在建構的過程中，所受的影響因素眾多，但若是從長期時間下觀察可以發現到金融制度的建構與轉型一直受到過往制度的慣性牽制。制度的變遷方向為有跡可循，如同社會經濟或政治體系發生巨大的改變，產生潛在制度變遷的動力。社會、經濟或政治的改變，使行動者調整其制度與策略。而香港在這樣的轉型當中，何以金融市場與其金融中心得以維繫，主因為其背後支持因素為環境所能提供的完善制度所產生的制度信任是無可取代\r\n本文透過歷史制度論檢視香港金融制度的變遷與沿革，探討在路徑依循的模式下香港金融制度如何受到過去歷史背景影響，並且維持香港獨特的金融制度。而香港的金融制度又如何因時制宜的變遷，使得香港得以在極度競爭的金融市場中毅立不搖。\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n關鍵字：歷史制度論、路徑依循、制度轉型、制度信任zh_TW
