| Abstract: | 本研究主要探討台北市政府公務人員訓練 中心(以下簡稱公訓中心)所開辦的電腦訓練班 期之訓練效果與未來在課程內容規劃、教學設 計之實際需求,並做一完整之績效追蹤評估研 究.為了瞭解公訓中心電腦課程訓練之績效及 各單位之實際需求,並掌握未來之發展方向.本 研究小組針對近三年來曾接受過各種電腦課程 訓練之學員,進行抽樣調查與評估,以瞭解學員 對於課程內容、師資安排、教學方向之反應及 建議.藉此追蹤調查與評估研究,並配合各單位 對電腦訓練、實際需求之調查,提供未來電腦 課程訓練規劃設計之參考,以落實公訓中心辦 理電腦訓練教學之目標. |
