| dc.description.abstract | 本書運用晚近出土的大量官方史料，透過史學方法的比對、分析，深入廓清228事件的責任歸屬。全書除了討論國民政府主席蔣介石、國防部部長白崇禧、監察委員楊亮功何漢文、台灣省行政長官陳儀、高雄要塞司令彭孟緝、警備總部參謀長柯遠芬、基隆要塞司令史宏熹等中央及地方政府決策與執行層級主要官員的責任之外，並對情治機關、媒體、社會團體、半山人士在事件中的角色加以分析，釐清了長期以來爭議不休的歷史疑點。其次，書中首度收錄了從刑事責任與民事責任角度的兩篇論文，針對法律訴究問題加以討論。本書是繼1992年行政院報告之後，探討228事件最具代表性的研究報告。 | en_US |
