| Abstract: | 本書的目的在於探討蘇聯解體後，俄羅斯對中國政策之內外在環境驅動因素及其侷限。本書以克里姆林宮政治作為分析的中心概念，從國際體系因素以及國內政經因素的互動，來分析蘇聯解體後俄羅斯聯邦國家安全概念及其對外政策方針的形成，藉以檢視俄中戰略協作夥伴關係的形成與發展，從而闡述俄羅斯對中國政策的內外在環境驅動因素及其侷限。本書認為，蘇聯解體後，俄羅斯對中國政策的形成，乃是俄羅斯的決策精英，以戰略安全與國家發展等國家利益的考量為訴求，承襲蘇聯時期對中國政策的遺緒，援引環環相扣的內在與外在環境因素作為其政策主張的依據，透過克里姆林宮政治的交叉互動形塑而成。 |
