dc.description.abstract本研究將以次級資料與調查資料為基礎,探討國內身心障礙者老化的現象,並與一般人口老化現象進行比較。其次,本研究亦進一步探討老化身障者的健康照護需求為何;並檢視現行政府相關部門(如社政、衛政、勞政)提供那些措施,應做何調整,以及建議未來老化身障者的健康照護政策方向。 This project is aimed to explore the premature ageing phenomena experienced by disabled people and to propose policy suggestions on health care for them. First, the project will conduct secondary data analysis in order to ascertain the difference of ageing phenomena between disabled people and the general elderly. Second, a sampling survey on disabled adults will be conducted in order to get more information concerning the ageing process of disabled persons and their health and social care needs. Third, current government measures regarding health care provisions for the disabled will be compiled and analyzed. Finally, based on research findings, policy suggestions on the age identification of disabled elderly and their health and social care needs will be made.en_US
