大陸高等學校管理體制改革研究：以高校合併為例

Abstract

本研究主要探討一九九０年代大陸高校合併之政策與問題，透過實地訪談方式，瞭解該項政策之背景、實施過程中所遭遇之問題及解決途徑。作者試圖從比較教育之角度，分析與評估五０年代大陸院系調整與當前高校合併政策之異同，並與其他西方國家之高等學校合併案例作比較，期能作為台灣地區大陸學歷採認及公私立大學合併之參考。

The study examines new trends of higher education reform in China, with an emphasis on the recent university merging cases. By the year of 2000, there are more than sixty higher education institutes undergoing consolidation or merging process. The rationale and consequence behind this drastic reform in higher education requires further investigation. It is hoped that the Chinese university merging lesson will shed light on the higher education and the policy perspective.
