摘要: 本研究旨在探討台灣地區中等學校學生家長及教師對於現行中等教育政策之認知及支持比較情形。研究目的在綜合整理台灣地區現行中等教育政策的主要發展方向,並了解中等學校教師及學生家長對於現行中等教育政策認知及支持情況。經由教師對現行中等教育政策認知及支持,鼓勵家長主動關心,並支持合理的教育政策,同時找出家長對於現行中等教育政策的疑慮所在,尋求可能的方案,期能獲得家長的支持;另透過教師對於現行中等教育政策認知及支持情形,激發教師以專業的精神與態度探討現行教育政策,主動與家長進行有效的溝通,使現行教育政策能獲得認可與支持。期待教育政策經由執行的主要推動者「教師」及執行的主要對象「學生家長」共同的認知與支持,達到全民參與教育的目標,教育政策的擬定才不會有所偏差,全民參與教育改革不致流為口號。 本研究分個別訪談和問卷調查二部分,調查對象為國民中學現職教師及學生家長,個別訪談時包括家長及教師各40名;問卷調查包括教師515人、家長517人。使用的測量工具為:「台灣地區中等學校教師及學生家長對於現行教育政策之認知及支持比較分析調查問卷」.sim.綜合高中、完全中學及高級中學多元入學方案。分「國民中學教師專用」、「國民中學學生家長專用」二種。問卷調查結果分別以x/sup 2/和百分比進行分析。
The research is about the comparison of recognition and support of educational polices by teachers and parents in Taiwan secondary school. The purposes of the research will focus on outlining the major educational policies of secondary school and on understanding the recognition and support of educational polices by teachers and parents in Taiwan secondary school. Parents concern and support all the proper educational policies is necessary and should be encourages. Also, it will be helpful to find the suspicious of educational policies from parents and try to find good resolution. When teachers understand the educational policies, they will study them professionally and try to delivery them to parents. Then all the important policies will be accept and support by parents. When educational policies are recognized and supported by teachers and parents, they will be good to be fulfilled. The process of the research include interview and investigation. The subjects are 40 teachers and 40 parents for interview, 515 teachers and 517 parents for investigation in secondary school (the junior high school). There are two questionnaires for investigations for teachers and parents and analysis by x/sup 2/ and percentage. The findings include: (1) Comprehensive high school, six-year form high school and multiple entrance examination for high school are major educational policies in Taiwan secondary school. (2) Recognition of educational policies: Teachers recognition them better than parents. They got policies from news, TV, meetings from school or the educational board. They are not impressive about unique lessons planing of comprehensive and six-year form high school. But impressive about the students in six-year form high school will have the chance of free entrance examination from the 3rd grade to the 4th one. Teachers and parents recognition most of all the multiple entrance examination for high school. (3) Support of educational policies: Teachers and parents approve all the policies, but not agree that it will be fair chance for all student or decrease the pressure for study by the policies of comprehensive high school or six-year form high school. On the opinions of teachers and parents, it will not attract students to go to high school next to their home, it will not afford different school system for choice or save the expandings of establishing school by government through the policies of six-year form high school. According the findings, the comprehensive school policy should provide diversity teachers and lessons plan, more subjects popular all over Taiwan, more chances for studying advanced, and more connection with enterprise or licenses. The six-year form high school policy should identify its purpose and development. The lessons plan and promotion for students must be clear in six-year form high school. The multiple examination for high school policy should be clarify and outline the different ways between themselves for understanding.
