俄羅斯遠東區的經濟開發

Abstract

俄羅斯遠東區的經濟開發，在東北亞扮演日漸重要的角色。但是近年來遠東區當地的人口卻一直在減少中。東北亞中、韓、日各國人民遷移遠東區結果，造成俄羅斯遠東區成爲冷戰後二十一世紀亞太各國人民爲謀生存新一波的競逐場。中國人將成爲俄羅斯第二大族群，將是俄羅斯勞動資源難以分割的部分。十年來中俄關係發展快速，簽訂俄中睦鄰友好合作條約後，雙方經濟合作正式提上議程。顯示在俄羅斯經濟發展過程中，中國人將扮演最重要的角色，而且重心將是遠東區。台灣未來經濟發展與中國大陸及東北亞息息相關，遠東區的經濟與能源開發勢必對台灣形成衝擊。 The economic development of Russian Far East plays an increasing vital role in Northeast Asia. In the last few years, the population in RFE has continuously decreased Therefore the Chinese, Koran and Japanese immigrant population in RFE has created a new compititive battle field for livelihood after the cold war in the 21st century.The Chinese will become the second greatest ethnic minority and compose an integral labor population in Russia. In the last decade, the Sino-Russia relation has rapidly development. After they signed The Russia-China Friendship and Cooperation Treaty, which resulted in a formal bilateral economic cooperative agenda. This has shed light on the fact that the Chinese play a vital role in the progress of Russian economic development, especially in RFE. The future economic development of Taiwan will become more dependent on China and Northeast Asia. RFE economic and power resources development will threaten Taiwan in multiple aspects.
