網路使用者人口結構及使用動機調查分析

Abstract

根據統計，我國網路使用人口已在88年6月突破四百萬人次，未來網路的使用將更為普及，隨著使用人口的不斷增加，網路使用者的人口組成結構，也有不同的趨勢出現。因此，在進入二十一世紀之今，有必要在對目前網路族群進行研究。 本研究將以電話訪問的方式進行，依照各縣市比例，每4000人抽出一人，共抽出5250人，並訪問十二歲以上網路使用人口。問卷的內容則分為五個部分，除了受訪者之人口變項之外，還有使用網路的行為層面問題，以了解民眾使用網路的頻率、網站類型等等情形為何；另外，並針對網路使用者之使用動機進行訪問，以了解目前現有使用動機項目，在受訪者之心理層面所佔的比重為何。第四部分的問卷主題為民眾對於電子化政府的滿意度調查，最後一部份則是政治傾向與政治態度與網路使用的相關問題。 本研究於調查進行完畢之後，將針對不同的問題進行交叉分析以及關聯性分析，以進一步了解各研究問題的相關情形。並針對研究結果撰寫建議事項，以作為政府推動電子化政府之參考依據。 According to the statistical data, the number of internet users in Taiwan has exceeded 4000,000 in June, 1999. As the number of users grows, the demographic sturcture of internet users will change as well. Therefore it is needed to analyze the usage condition today. Our reseach will base on telephone interview. According to the proportion of population in every county, we draw 1 from every 4000 and draw 5250 people totally. The questionaire is divided into five parts. Besides demographic structure, the behavior on the internet is included to understand users` frequency of using the internet, the types of the websites they visit, etc. The third part is the users` usage motive to find what`s their motivation of using the internet. The fourth part is to measure users` satisfaction toward electronic government. The fifth part is about users` political inclination. After the survey is completed, we will do the cross corelation analysis to understand the relations between the factors we research. In the end, we will compose a report to present what we find and what can be improved to the government`s reference.
