The late 20th century is an age of extensive applications of telecommunication technology. Modern telecommunications are essential and beneficial elements in the life of the local communities and in the national economy. New equipment of telecommunication technology is now spreading rapidly to meet the growing demand for better communication in business, the homes and public services. The growth and diffusion of new telecommunication technologies in cities are transforming the structural and spatial relationship between the residence and the workplace with a significant impact on communicating behavior. From the point of spatial planning, the progress of telecommunication technologies will increase the interaction of the diverse activities everyday. There have been non-economies of the diffusion of land use and traffic congestion among the cities or metropolitans. Can we save the inefficiency personal and physical energy which move in the space, if we use the telecommunications technology instead of the traditional traffic transformation? The main Purpose of the study is: what will be the impact of telecommunication equipment on the urban land use patterns, and it is important to the field of urban planning.
