中亞經濟發展與商機

Abstract

\"中亞國家自獨立以後，開始其經濟改革；雖然屬於前蘇聯計畫經濟與國家所有制體系的一部份，卻是當中經濟發展比較落後、社會風氣保守和種族複雜的共和國地區。中亞五國的經濟轉型也就顯得比較艱辛，而且似乎傾向模仿亞洲經濟發展成功國家的模式，並且用來作爲政治上「指導民主」的威權統治藉口，表示其特殊環境需要特殊的政治、經濟政策和發展戰略。\r\n雖然中亞的經濟發展速度仍然有限，但是長遠發展潛力卻不容忽視。它是一個商機無限、危機處處的地區，進行經貿和投資活動，需要更加謹慎；同時必須以長期性規劃作合理的商業活動。\" \"The Central Asian countries began their economical reform since they had become independent sovereignties. Although they were the parts of the former Soviet Union by the system of the planning economy and the state property, but they still are an area of the comparative backwards in economy, conservative society/community, complicated racialism. Therefore, their economical transformation seems to be more difficulty than the other republics among the post-communist countries. And their ruling elites prefer to the model of the Asian small tigers, and like to use them as the pretext of their authoritative regime. To express they have special necessity for central-Asian political/economical development.\r\nIn the foreseeable future, the Central-Asia`s developing speed will be limitation, but nobody cannot to ignore its huge potential. That is an area with full business opportunities, and also a minefield in their business activity. It will be cautious in promoting economic-trade/investment, and to make a long-term program in your activity.\"
