dc.description.abstract	網際網路的快速成長不僅改變了企業的經營、管理模式，也改變了企業間的溝通方式。早期的EDI由於高成本與封閉性，構築起極高的進入障礙。1998年2月，美國W3C組織正式公佈XML的Recommendation 1.0版語法標準。XML搭配起網際網路的開放性，提供各專業機構、不同產業界、學術界和特定應用領域發展各自標準的文件和訊息，以利資訊的交換、處理和相關衍生性資料加值服務。\n　　因此，本研究期望能根據財務報告的格式制定出一個以XML為基礎的文件結構(Schema)，並提出一個中介(Middleware)系統模型，以轉換企業資訊系統內之財務資訊為XML-Based的財務報告。	zh_TW
