| dc.description.abstract | 中共對冷戰後國際格局的評估，著重在大國權力的重新排列與組合，並認為新興強權的崛起勢將影響國際權力結構與平衡。然自冷戰結束以來，國際體系仍維持著以美國為主導的單極體系，1997年中共在面對當前國際形勢所提出的「大國外交」即是追求以權力為核心的國家利益。中共的國際戰略旨在維護和鞏固其在國際領域中的國家利益，自建政以來，歷代領導人審視國際權力結構的動態，制訂其國際戰略，俾在權力平衡的運作中，追求最大的國家利益。\r\n中共認為冷戰結束後，世界處於空前規模的調整與磨合時期，「大國關係」將是國際形勢發展與變化的決定性因素。新的國際格局形成將主要取決於大國力量的消長、演變和確定何為相對穩定的戰略關係。本文為瞭解江澤民時期之中共「大國外交」戰略與歐盟間的關係發展與影響，採用歷史文獻分析法，藉由多元研究途徑，探討中共「大國外交」發展的背景歷程、內涵定位、中歐間政策及對美、俄、日、台關係發展的影響。\r\n中歐經貿關係持續成長，雙邊關係穩定發展，中國與各大國的關係空前地深入而多元，中國對各大國的貿易關係都替各國帶來龐大的經貿利益，從而中國本身也獲得相當大的外交成果。未來中共仍將充分利用與各大國的對話機制深入發展關係，並妥慎處理與各大國的矛盾與衝突，仍將是中國「大國外交」戰略中，至為關鍵的重要外交任務。 | zh_TW |
