關鍵詞: | 中共東亞安全政策 | 日期: | 2009 | 上傳時間: | 8-Dec-2010 | 摘要: | 21世紀初，如何確定中共的亞太政策是確定對亞太國家進一步改善關係的重要準則。對亞太國家的政策制訂必須符合中共的亞太戰略，反過來，對亞太的政策執行又會影響到我們的亞太戰略。而在研究這兩個問題之前，還要分析總體國際形勢。 的亞太政策是確定對亞太國家進一步改善關係的重要準則。對亞太國家的政策。\n 美國在東亞的安全制度安排得以持續，其戰略利益得以維護和拓展，美國將繼續在東亞秩序建構中扮演關鍵角色。但另一方面，美國不是東亞霸主，它與東亞其他大國形成均勢格局，將均勢視為東亞和平的主要標杆，並尋求與東亞國家關係的重新定位。美國在東亞戰略調整最劇者莫過於中美關係。經過十數年的猶豫，美國終於開始以較為平衡客觀的眼光看待中國的崛起。中共將繼續秉持新安全觀，並尋求共同利益、合作安全與新安全觀的結合，從而積極促進東亞的合作安全。\n
