dc.description.abstract本文之目的在於分析台灣製造業在與中國大陸雙邊貿易下，深入探討其人民幣匯率與第三國匯率之間對中國大陸的台商製造業是否有顯著影響，其影響為何？並且加入投資等其他總體變數後其結果影響為何？本文之實證模型與過去文獻主要差異在於分別就製造業進出口需求及加工貿易內外銷建立方程式，分析每項變數對實質出口金額之影響為何。在台灣進出口方程式方面，本文考慮了新台幣對人民幣實質匯率、雙邊實質人均所得、實質投資金額與經濟成長率等因素。在加工貿易內外銷方程式方面，除了考慮實質所得、雙邊匯率、實質投資、實質人均所得及實質經濟成長率外，本文也考慮了第三國匯率之影響。\r\n 本文實證分析採用自1996年至2006年(扣除1997年)期間年資料並使用OLS對其模型做估計。實證結果顯示雙邊實質所得、台灣對中國大陸直接投資金額與雙邊經濟成長率的確皆造成台灣對中國大陸進出口之增加。然而，當新台幣貶值時卻造成台灣對中國大陸出口的減少。而在加工貿易方面，當第三國的貶值幅度大於人民幣升值的貶值，還是會使在中國大陸製造業台商外銷比重的增加。\r\n 總而言之，本文研究結果顯示，除了傳統的貿易方程式外，也應考慮第三國的實質匯率，並且區分產業來加以實證研究才會更加精確。\r\n\r\n\r\n關鍵詞：一般貿易、加工貿易、實質匯率、製造業zh_TW
