部分時間工作的發展及其對性別區隔與薪資差距影響之探討

Abstract

如何在「促進就業」與「勞工權益」之間找到一平衡點，則必須植基於對「部分時間工作」發展及其可能影響的探討與剖析。據此，本計畫選擇「視聽娛樂服務業」做為探討的對象，透過實地訪談與問卷調查等方法的運用，瞭解「部分時間工作」與「性別區隔」和「薪資差距」之間的關係。綜合而論，本計畫的研究目的包括以下幾項：(一)探討「部份時間工作」發展的背景與現況。(二)針對「視聽娛樂服務業」此一特定行業，探討部分時間工作者之間是否存在著性別「垂直區隔」的現象與問題。(三)探討在「視聽娛樂服務業」中，部分時間工作者與全時工作工作者是否存在著「薪資差距」的情形，以及男性和女性部分時間工作者之間是否存在著差異的情形?(四)針對「部分時間工作」的發展與所衍生的問題，提出解決的方法或因應的策略。

In order to gain insights into the development of part-time work and its effects on laborers and furthermore to solve the dilemma between employment promotion and labor protection, this project would try to analyze the relations of part-time work to gender segregation and pay gap by making use of in-depth interviews and questionnaire survey. To sum up, goals of this project can be sketched as follows: (1) Choosing the industry of \"Video-audio entertaining services\"as the target, and analyzing whether there is gender segregation problem among part-time workers within the industry? (2) Analyzing whether there are differences between full-time and part-time employees, and also female and male part-time employees in pay? (3) Making suggestions or providing solutions to deal with the negative effects of part-time work.
