補助人文及社會科學研究圖書計畫規劃主題：社會學研究方法與方法論

Abstract

本計畫擬申請購置的社會學研究方法圖書分成三個主題：量化研究方法論、質化研究方法論和社會科學哲學。在量化研究方法論部份， 本計畫擬購置研究設計與資料蒐集、長期的貫時性研究、類型性資料分析、多層次分析、事件史分析法、社會網絡分析、人口分析等書籍。在質化研究方法論部份，本計畫擬購置民族誌、詮釋與現像研究、質性資料蒐集方法、質性研究分析方法、紮根與行動研究和文化與批判研究等書籍。在社會科學哲學部份， 本計畫擬購置一般主題的思想流派、社會學理論方法論、一般經典理論、特殊主題的分析概念、及特殊前瞻理論。本計畫的執行將動員本系多位老師共同合作完成，量化研究方法論的圖書購置由四位老師參與、質化研究方法論由兩位老師參與；社會科學哲學由兩位老師提供書目。本系在社會學研究方法與方法論上師資豐富多元，且國立政治大學圖書館在配合與協助老師購置圖書支援與服務上也相當有經驗。故，我們預期能成功地達成購置社會學研究方法與方法論書籍目標。

This project attempts to purchase three types of the books on research methods of sociology: quantitative research methodology, qualitative research methodology, and the philosophy of social sciences. In the part of quantitative research methodology, this project plans to purchase the books on research design and data collection, longitudinal studies, categorical data analysis, multi-levels analysis, event history analysis, social networks analysis, and demographic analysis. In the part of qualitative research methodology, this project plans to purchase the books on ethnography, the studies on the interpretation of phenomena, data collection methods of qualitative researches, data analyses of qualitative researches, grounded and action studies, and cultural studies and critical theories. In the part of philosophy of social sciences, this project plans to purchase the books on different streams of thoughts of general issues, the methodology of sociological theories, the important general theories, the analytical concepts of specific topics, and specific prospective theories. This project plans to mobilize many faculty of our department to implement this collaborative project. Four teachers participate in purchasing books on quantitative research methodology, two teachers participate in purchasing books on qualitative research methodology, and two teachers participate in purchasing books on the philosophy of social sciences. Our department includes a great number of diversified teachers on research methods and methodology of sociology, and the library of National Chengchi University has considerable experiences in the support and services of purchasing library books. Therefore, we predict that the goal on purchasing books on research methods and methodology of sociology will be successfully achieved.
