| dc.description.abstract | 回顧公共行政學界中，民主行政理論的發展歷史，迄今已將近四十年。伴隨著民主政治的發展，台灣社會已逐漸正視民主行政價值的重要性。本計畫擬由民主行政理論出發，檢視其發展過程並歸納核心觀點，進而作為社會公平政策的分析架構；在研究個案部分，則擬以「原住民族考試」、「身心障礙人員考試」，作為弱勢公務人員考選政策之代表，釐清其政策爭議，瞭解前述弱勢公務人員進用的議題，並提出政策建議。 | en_US |
