摘要: This thesis aims to determine measures of designing long-term policies on state institutional quality in Latin America, having as evidences the successful economic experiences of the Asian region. To achieve this objective it is use a database of World Bank of six indicators to measure state institutional quality, while the economic development is measure via the Human Development Index. The results show that improvement of Latin American countries’ state institutional quality, despite it is an absent policy will have a considerable positive impact on the economic development of the region.
